Small Business Development Center The Small Business Development Center is a resource of expertise, training and consulting, positioned to assist entrepreneurs in developing successful & thriving businesses. Gulf Coast Community College's Small Business Development Center is a non-profit community entrepreneurial program that serves pre-venture and existing small business. The SBDC provides free consulting services, confidential financial advice, and various training programs designed to assist entrepreneurs in developing successful and thriving businesses. Small Business Resource Library: A Business Resource Library features business reference books, publications and periodicals. Computer/Internet Access: Our client computers are loaded with Small Business Software tools and internet access. Specialized Training: Issue specific training of current business owners, prospective business owners and employees is accomplished through regularly scheduled non-credit courses. Workshops: Workshops are held at the Bay County Incubator in Lynn Haven, Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, Gulf/Franklin Center in Gulf County, and the Jackson County Agricultural Complex in Marianna.
