The Chef's Apprentice Certificate provides basic fundamental skills needed for entry into the professional kitchen.

This 12 credit hour college certificate program consists of the foundational courses from the Culinary Management A.S. degree program.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE Chef's Apprentice certificate PROGRAM?

If you are a high school graduate, you can apply to this program.

If you have earned credits from a regionally accredited college or university, you may have a head start at Gulf Coast State College.
