Gulf Coast Community College (GCCC) has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications and they are now available on demand via OASIS.
STUDENTS:
Current term enrollment will not be certified until one (1) week after the add/drop period.
Courses that are Dropped, Withdrawn, Audited or Continuing Education courses do not count in Credit Hours toward enrollment verification.
Sign onto OASIS and then click the National Clearinghouse link
Enter your information and follow the instructions on the page. Your verification will be displayed on the screen for printing or email purposes.
Other requests for enrollment or degree verification must be submitted in writing to the Admissions and Records Office at least two weeks before it is required. Every attempt will be made to process the letter as quickly as possible.
E-Mail and Phone requests for enrollment verifications cannot be honored
Enrollment verification letters will not be faxed to the student.
