Who can participate?
Education Encore is for adults. Participants are not required to
have Florida residency.
When is it offered?
Education Encore is offered during the fall, spring, and
summer semesters. Classes in each semester meet once a
week for six consecutive weeks. The day of the week depends
on which campus you choose to attend.
What about scholarships?
A limited number of need-based scholarships are available.

What is the cost?
The fee for participants at the Panama City Campus is $80.00
for the six-week program which includes four classes each
Friday.
The fee for participants at the Gulf/Franklin Center is $60.00,
which includes three classes each Wednesday.
To ensure the viability of the total program, we do not charge
on a per-class basis. Therefore, the fee is the same whether
you attend one class or more.
Where are the classes held?
Each course description includes the classroom location.
Participants will be notified of class location changes during
orientation.
What about special needs?
Participants who have a disability that may require special
assistance are requested to contact the Office of Disabled
Student Services at 850.872.3834 at least one week prior to
the first day of class.
