Registered Customer Service (440) Pre-Licensing
Course
A course designed to lead to the designation of Registered Customer
Service Representative. After successful completion of the course and
in-class exam, the candidate is exempt from the state exam for the

Accredited Claims Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course
An online course designed to prepare participants to become Independent (5-20) or Company Employee (6-20) Adjuster. Participants must successfully complete the online portion before sitting for the final proctored exam. After completion of the course, participants will receive the ACA designation, which allows you to apply to the Florida Department of Insurance for your 5-20 or 6-20 license and waive the state exam.
