Tai Chi
Tai Chi gained recognition as a low-impact exercise which promotes improved circulation, flexibility, strength and balance. Tai Chi has been proven to be particularly beneficial for seniors. Students will focus on perfecting the techniques for 24 posture sequence, proper breathing and flow of movement.

Prerequisite: “Basic – Computer” or equivalent experience. Learn about the various uses of the Internet, how to get connected and effectively search for topics of interest. Classmates will send and receive e-mail, as well as, gain a better understanding of e-mail issues and procedures.
