OTHER INFORMATION
While attending Gulf Coast State College, Chef Redd won the Florida State Gold Medal for Hot Foods. He went on to represent the college and the state in Kansas City. He was the Executive Chef and owner of the Saltwater Grill and the owner of the Panama City Beach Lighthouse Restaurant. Chef Redd earned the silver medal and fourth overall in St. Augustine in the Spring Jamboree 2003. |
