Respiratory Care Program Accreditation

The Respiratory Care Program at Gulf Coast State College is accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).  The CoARC program accreditation number is  200449. 

In compliance with CoARC standards, “The goal of the Gulf Coast State College Respiratory Therapy program is “To prepare graduates with demonstrated competence in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills), and affective (behavior) learning domains of respiratory care practice as performed by registered respiratory therapists (RRTs).”
