Degrees and Programs

Clock Tower at GCSCWith some of the lowest tuition rates in Florida, Gulf Coast State College offers over 150 programs, including bachelor’s degrees, university transfer-track associate degrees and workforce certificates that are focused on quality and practicality.

The College offers four Bachelor of Applied Science degrees:

Gulf Coast offers 75 Associate in Arts degree transfer-tracks, 13 Associate in Science degrees and 16 Associate in Applied Science degrees, giving students the option to major in anything from engineering, medicine, psychology, chemistry or culinary arts, just to name a few.

With 41 technical, postsecondary adult vocational and workforce college-credit certificates to choose from, students can improve their skills or train for a new career in exciting areas of technology, crime scene investigation, firefighting and more.
The College also offers non-credit courses in our Corporate College and offers professional certifications needed to keep up within a number of industries. Those who already hold a bachelor’s degree and want to make a difference in the lives of K-12 students can transition into the Educator Preparation Institute, a short-term program that prepares you for a rewarding teaching career.
