Pre-Nutrition, Food, and Exercise Science (NUTSC-AA) PROGRAM GOAL: The purpose of this program is to prepare students for transfer into a baccalaureate program that will prepare students to become dietitians and nutritionists. In addition, the baccalaureate program will also prepare the student for institutional food service administration and product development for the food industry.
