This program is for the Licensed Practical Nurses who desire to become a professional Registered Nurse and obtain an Associate of Science degree in Nursing. Following successful completion of prerequisites and the appropriate Excelsior College Examinations, students are eligible for admission. The articulation program is designed to facilitate the transition to the professional Registered Nurse role. Upon graduation, students receive an Associate in Science Degree in Nursing and are eligible to take the national licensing exam (NCLEX).
The nursing programs are a Limited Access Programs. A selective admissions process with specific selection criteria is utilized in order to select the most qualified applicants.
