POSITION TITLE:
Assistant Benefits Coordinator
REPORTS TO:
Director, Human Resources
BASIC FUNCTION:

To provide support for employees' benefits; to assist in the selection of optional insurance benefits; be the primary contact for all employee benefit processes; maintain employee files; process and monitor all workers' compensation claims; be primary contact with FCCRMC and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of FL for all health insurance processing.

CLASSIFICATION:
12-month professional
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
AS degree/equivalent + 2 yrs. exp. in Human Resources or related field  (additional education may be considered in lieu of exp. & additional exp. may be considered in lieu of the education requirement); must have demonstrated MS Office skills, especially Excel. 
SALARY:
Range begins at $25k a year
