Implement a strategic planning process, which produces a five-year Strategic Plan and ensures annual evaluation of the five-year plan, annual unit plans, and individual performance planning for college employees, utilizing an electronic system for integrating planning with budgeting and accreditation processes.
Supervise and/or conduct the following institutional research activities.
Provide supervision and oversight of staff assigned in all areas of Institutional Effectiveness, including the executive administrative assistant assigned to the IE Office.
Develop and manage the IE budget.
Collaborate with IE staff to develop and implement the IE Annual Plan and individual performance plans for IE staff (including performance evaluation) supervised by the position.
Serve on the President's Cabinet, President's Leadership Team, and other appropriate administrative bodies, reporting directly to the President |
