In preparation of the 2010/2011 Theatre Scholarship Auditions the Visual and Performing Arts Division is hosting a Theatre Audition Workshop to help prepare incoming GCCC students for the theatre scholarship auditions later this month.

Topics will include preparation, choosing material, appropriate attire, resumes, “do’s and don’ts” – all the skills necessary for a successful audition. There will also be time to work on audition material. This event is open to the community, but the focus will be on preparing incoming GCCC students for the 2010/2011 theatre scholarship auditions.

The workshop will be held in the Theatre Lab on March 9 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

The Theatre Scholarship Auditions are scheduled for March 29 at 4 p.m.
