“Memoirs and Mentors” is an art exhibit featuring mixed media works by Cynthia Smith, a Panama City resident. In addition to creating her own work at her local studio, Smith teaches at both the secondary and college level. For the past five years she has taught Painting I & II at Gulf Coast Community College, and instructed younger students at J.R. Arnold High School, and New Horizons Learning Center.
Smith's work consists of diverse media, and often features vibrant colors that lend it an energetic quality.
