Scholarships are monetary gifts that can be used for your tuition and books; and does not have to be repaid. Scholarships are awarded by the state and federal governments, public and private organizations, and colleges and universities. They can be based on a variety of qualifications such as ethic background, major you have chosen, financial need, grade point average, etc...what this means is that nearly everyone, including you, is probably eligible for some kind of scholarship.
