Welcome to the AFVEC On-Line TA Request Tour!

Please follow these steps to get your TA Online……. 

Step 1: Log into the Air Force Portal (https://aiportal.acc.af.mil/aiportal/)
Step 2: Selected Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC) from under the ‘Top Viewed Items’
Step 3: To request Tuition Assistance (TA) Select ‘Application for Tuition Assistance’.
Step 4: Follow instruction to complete TA submission process.
Step 5: If your Tuition Assistance application is approved, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR SCHOOL WITH A COPY OF THE AF-1227 (TAFORM).  SET YOU PRINTER MARGINS AT .25” ON ALL SIDES.

Request for Tuition Assistance cannot be obtained prior to 30 days from term start date.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE TA

• Fees Due:  See College Calendar
• Location Codes: A=Tyndall, B=Somewhere Else, C=Online
• Cost per credit hour: See Tuition and Fees
• Additional costs for e-learning courses:
• Courses carrying lab fee (see course description).

AS A GCCC STUDENT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF COURSES NOT DROPPED BY THE REFUND PERIOD REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT METHOD.
