The Networking Services Technology program is for individuals interested in beginning or advancing a career in computer/network support. Computer and network support involves installing, configuring, repairing, and managing computer and network hardware and software. It requires both hands-on skills and knowledge of theory and concepts. Network technology is constantly changing and evolving, therefore learning in this field never ends. A strong emphasis is placed on working collaboratively in a team environment, effective communication and cultivating good customer service skills. As part of this program, students will have the opportunity to achieve recognized IT industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, A+, Security+ Project + and Network+.
