- Must have entered into a 6 year obligation to serve in Selective Reserves
- Completed your Initial Active Duty for Training
- Maintain Selected Reserve status
- Received a High School Diploma or a GED

The school and the Regional Processing Office require a copy of the following documents: |

- NOBE (Notice of Basic Eligibility)
- A copy of the application with the last page signed
