Project Management

Project Management is all about the effective management of change, which any organization will benefit. It provides a systematic approach to managing and controlling different types of projects and different types of change. Project managers are always in demand – no matter what industry, there will be a need for qualified professionals to plan and provision the work.

Project Management Essentials - four weeks  

Participants will be introduced to the core project management topics and practical skill development tools applicable to new and experienced project managers. Participants will learn how to effectively manage all aspects of a project to meet specific financial and operational objectives. Interactive learning sessions will give learners the opportunity to evaluate a project case study, offer insight and apply their new learning in a facilitated team setting with an experienced project manager.

  • This course consists of ten (10) self-paced on-line learning modules, with facilitator-led four (4) 2 hour discussion sessions with the last session as the portfolio review.

Participants seeking PMP certification will receive sixteen (16) contact hours that can be applied towards meeting the Project Management Institute (PMI) education requirements. LEAN Six Sigma Practitioner Course – Green Belt
60 Hours Blended Learning & 3 Day CAPSTONE Event

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course equips participants with the essential tools and techniques needed to identify, measure, investigate and improve essential organizational processes within their area of responsibility. Detailed, self-paced computer learning modules provide the basis of the education and knowledge needed to put a team together to solve a critical organizational issue. Weekly instructor-led review sessions confirm understanding in the principles and performance improvement procedures. A three-day on-site CAPSTONE event challenges participants to apply their learning through numerous hands-on exercises designed to take a team through the structured problem solving stages to test and confirm their improvements have made a measurable difference. Class cost include all materials and online access for modules.
