If you're interested in becoming a mechatronics technician, or if you are currently working in a manufacturing or construction-related career, our Mechatronics Certificate program is for you. Mechatronics incorporates elements of mechanical engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, control engineering and computer engineering to generate a simpler, more economical and reliable system.

The purpose of this certificate program is to prepare you for initial employment with an occupational title as Mechatronics Technician or System Integration Specialist in various specialized areas, or to provide supplemental training for persons previously or currently employed in these occupations.

Who is eligible for the mechatronics, C.C.C. program?

If you are a high school graduate, you can apply to this program.

If you have earned credits from a regionally accredited college or university, you may have a head start at Gulf Coast State College.
