Enrollment Verifications

Gulf Coast State College (GCSC) has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications now available on request. To access login to the myGCSC and then login to Lighthouse.


Current term enrollment will not be certified until one (1) week after the add/drop period.
Courses that are Dropped, Withdrawn, Audited or Continuing Education courses do not count in Credit Hours toward enrollment verification.
Sign onto myGCSC and login into Lighthouse then click Student link and then Student Records.
Enter your information and follow the instructions on the page.
Other requests for enrollment or degree verification must be submitted in writing to the Enrollment Services office at least two weeks before it is required. Every attempt will be made to process the letter as quickly as possible.

Email and Phone requests for enrollment verifications cannot be honored.
If you need to have a specific form completed by the Gulf Coast State College and mailed with your verification, contact the Enrollment Services office for assistance.

GCSC certifies student enrollment each semester after the add/drop period, using the following guidelines:

FT (Full time) 12 or more credit hours
HT (Half time) 6 - 11 credit hours
LT (Less than half time) Under 6 credit hours
