Fitness For Healthy Living  Register!
This is a high impact cardio/resistance circuit workout. Nothing fancy, just you against yourself. The time flies by with the motivating rock music and easy to learn routines. Soon you will see what all the hype is about: RESULTS! Class will begin with a 10-minute warm-up followed by a short break and stretching, then you'll begin the first of six circuits, followed by a cool down. Fitness For Healthy Living is created for all genders, ages and levels of fitness (all circuits can be individualized to your fitness level). Please don't forget to bring a water and towel and come join the fun!

Zumba - "Ditch the Workout - Join the Party! Register!
Working has never been known to be fun until now! Zumba Latin Dance fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms, zesty international mixes and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms for a great workout. Participants of any fitness level or age can start Zumba right away.

Instructor: Davenie Deutsch is a certified Zumba instructor and is a GCSC Corporate College adjunct Instructor.

Yoga Register!
The ancient practice of Yoga rejuvenates the body and calms the mind. Experience Yoga postures that will improve your balance, stamina, flexibility, muscle tone and overall health. Open to all fitness levels - men and women! Wear stretchable or loose-fitting clothing and bring a large towel or mat.

Instructors: Mary Gene Smith (Tuesdays) and Jacki Bell (Thursdays). Mary Gene and Jacki are both certified Yoga instructors, certified trainers and GCSC Corporate College adjunct instructors.
