Upward Bound

Upward Bound

The Gulf Coast State College TRiO office also includes TRiO Upward Bound, the entry point for high school students. Upward Bound began at Gulf Coast in 2012 and offers assistance to students from five Bay County High Schools: Arnold, Bay, Bozeman, Mosley and Rutherford. Since the beginning of the program, 198 high school students have participated, and 50 of those are now Gulf Coast State College students and are enrolled in TRiO Student Support Services.
