On Thursday, April 12th, the GCSC Alumni Association hosted our 3rd Annual Alumni Award Dinner. Congratulations to our new Alumni of the Year for their outstanding accomplishments in career, community service and for contributions to students of Gulf Coast State College. Maria Baugh, our 2012 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year, is the Managing Editor of Food Network Magazine and Co-Owner of Butter Lane Cupcakes in New York. Sarah Kemper, our 2012 Rising Star Alumnus of the Year, is an Advanced Clinical Educator, Clinical Nurse Leader and Stoke Coordinator at Gulf Coast Medical Center. Also honored for their exemplary accomplishments were our 2012 award finalists, Capt. Kerry "Ric" Corley, Bo Rivard, David Herndon and Michele Ramsey. All of our alumni finalists have exceptional accomplishments and we applaud their success!
