Homelessness and Foster Care Support

Homelessness and Foster Care Support

Gulf Coast State College provides support to homeless youth under the McKinney-Vento Act and students who have been in the care of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF) also known as Foster Care youth. We provide a Homelessness and Foster Care liaison on our Panama City Campus. This liaison can answer questions and advocate for these students while they are attending Gulf Coast State College.
