| ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS |
| |
- Entered active duty for the first time after December 31, 1976 and before July 1, 1985
- Enrolled in and contributed money to VEAP while on active duty before April 1, 1987
- Served for a continuous period of 181 days or more
- Discharge or release from service was under conditions other than dishonorable

The school and the Regional Processing Office require a copy of the following documents: |

- A copy of the DD214 Member 4
- A copy of the application with the last page signed
