Hold Your Meeting or Event at Gulf Coast State College
Gulf Coast State College offers a wide variety of meeting venues in exceptional settings complemented by state-of-the-art technology. We are your resource for educational or non-profit meetings and events. From board rooms to banquet halls, meeting spaces to classroom set-ups, we can provide the customized space to meet the needs of your event.
Gulf Coast State College is committed to offering its facilities to organizations in the community when facilities are available. The college:

reserves the right to not rent the facilities.

reserves the right to refuse agencies that are in direct competition with the college.

Religious organizations may not use the facilities for presenting doctrines, philosophies, beliefs, etc.

Users are responsible for securing performance rights for the use of copyrighted materials, i.e., books, music, plays, images, etc.

The organization granted the use of the facilities must complete a Facilities Use Agreement, which includes signing a waiver of liability and an agreement to pay for damages related to the event.

Proof of insurance may be required.

Users are responsible for providing an adequate number of chaperones for events involving youth under 18 years of age and for providing ushers or ticket staff as desired.

The use of tobacco products is prohibited on all GCSC campuses.
Most room rentals include:
- Smart Classroom Technology
- Computer(s) and Wireless Internet
- LCD Projector and Projection screen
- DVD
- Parking
- Technical Assistance, if needed
All organizations hosting events on the GCSC campus will be required to complete a Facilities Use Agreement 10 days prior to the event.
NOTE: The College requires proof of liability insurance naming Gulf Coast State College as additionally insured for all rentals. If desired, GCSC can purchase this insurance on your behalf through the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium. Cost will be based upon the type of event.
