Strategic Planning at Gulf Coast State College

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness promotes an environment of excellence and continuing improvement in support of the College’s mission and vision, and leads the strategic planning efforts for the Gulf Coast State College. A strategic plan sets the College’s direction by establishing vision, mission, purpose, priorities and institutional goals.
