Gulf Coast State College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate and baccalaureate degrees. Gulf Coast State College also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels. CAPTE granted the Gulf Coast State College Physical Therapist Assistant Program full accreditation on May 6, 1998 and reaffirmed accreditation on November 6, 2013 through June 30, 2024.
