Requesting Proctored Services for Non-GCSC Students
Florida State University Panama City Students
If you are a FSU-PC student who needs to have your exams from your institution proctored at the Gulf Coast State College Testing Center, you will need to contact FSU Distance Learning and your professor in order to arrange for an Off-Campus Proctored Exam at Gulf Coast State College.
Once you have been approved to test at our facilities, you may register for a testing appointment on the Testing Center's RegisterBlast's link below. Student's will need to select "FSU Exam" and they may choose to take their exams at our Panama City Campus or at our Gulf Franklin Campus. There is no fee for FSU students to take their institutional exams at a GCSC testing center. All appointments must be made 72 hours in advance from your desired testing date. All testing materials and instructions must come directly from your institution. Violation of this policy will result in your test not being proctored.
For all FSU Students, you are expected to follow and observe the policies and procedures of the Testing Center.
Non-GCSC Students
If you are a Non-GCSC student who needs to have your exams from your institution proctored at the Gulf Coast State College Testing Center, please contact Testing Center staff at 850-769-1551 ext 5807 or email testingcenter@gulfcoast.edu to arrange for proctoring services prior to any testing.
After talking with the GCSC Testing Center and having received approval to test at our facilities, all Non-GCSC students are expected to make their appointment on the Testing Center's RegisterBlast's link below. Students will select "non-GCSC Exam" and they may choose to take their exams at our Panama City Campus or at our Gulf Franklin Campus. There is a $23.50 fee per exam for proctoring services that is payable online when you schedule your appointment. Gulf Coast State College nor the Testing Center will provide any refunds for examinations missed. All appointments must be made 72 hours in advance from your desired testing date. All testing materials and instructions must come directly from your institution. Violation of this policy will result in your test not being proctored.
