Do you have a passion for architecture?

Would you like to plan and design new buildings and spaces, or work on the restoration and conservation of existing buildings? If you're interested in a career in architecture, architectural technology or interior/spatial design, our professors will help you develop enhanced, and highly desirable, creative, visual and technical skills.

As an architect, you will manage the construction process, control budgets and deal with planning issues. Gulf Coast State College is here to help you build a solid foundation that will prepare you to continue your studies in architecture at a four-year institution. We offer the necessary prerequisites for the state of Florida university baccalaureate programs.

Who is eligible for the Architecture Option, Liberal Arts A.A. program?

If you are a high school graduate, you can apply to this program.

If you have earned credits from a regionally accredited college or university, you may have a head start at Gulf Coast State College.

Drafting Lab

You'll acquire the skills you need to be successful in Gulf Coast State College's  Advanced Technology Center on our Panama City campus. Our high-tech drafting lab and state-of-the-art computer labs allow you to design in a dynamic, creative environment.
