The BAS in Organizational Management with the Health Services option is one of four bachelor degree programs offered at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, Florida, and prepares students to become effective leaders in organizations and society.

Who is eligible for the BAS Organizational Management degree program?

If you are a graduated student with an associate degree or bachelors from an accredited school, you are a candidate for Gulf Coast’s BAS Organizational Management program.

If you are an associate degree seeking student you’ll need to complete an associate degree in science (AS) or arts (AA) and graduate before applying to the bachelors in Organizational Management program.

To apply to the BAS Organizational Management degree program, you’ll need to complete two applications: one for general admission to Gulf Coast State College and one from the Business & Technology Division on the Panama City campus. Additional graduation requirements:  Students must have fulfilled the requirement for the chosen major, earned a minimum of 25 percent of the total hours required for the degree in residence at Gulf Coast State College, fulfill the College Level Communication and Computational Skills Assessment requirements according to Florida Rule 6A‑10.030, demonstrate foreign language competence, and be registered at Gulf Coast State College during the semester of graduation.
