The Need IT Now! Emergency Fund, funded by the Gulf Coast State College Foundation, is a possible option for Gulf Coast State College Students when a financial emergency arises.

Currently enrolled Gulf Coast State College students may apply for an award for the following reasons:

  • a financial emergency that may prevent the student from completing the semester
  • significant uncovered medical/dental expense for necessary treatment
  • transportation issues
  • critical housing or utility expenses
  • other critical financial issues

Awards will be based on the cost of the financial need up to $300.00

Documentation of the cost is required.

Students may receive up to one award per academic year.
