Mental Health First Aid Register!
This is an 8-hour training course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. People across the country – in all 50 states and the District of Columbia – are trained in Mental Health First Aid. They know how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and addictions. This course is delivered by certified Mental Health First Aid USA instructors who complete 5-day training and meet certification requirements.

Stop the Bleeding - Spring Class - Register!
Trauma injuries come in all forms and from a variety of causes; from car accidents to gun shots to injuries caused by mechanical equipment. Regardless of the cause, trauma injuries are a leading cause of death in young people and the first 10 minutes is critical in providing life saving techniques until the ambulance arrives. Now you can learn what to do and be a part of a national movement to stop the bleeding. Participants will learn life-saving techniques including when and how to apply pressure, wound packing, and how to properly use a tourniquet to stop bleeding. With demonstrations and skills practice, participants will be prepared to make a difference. Stop the Bleeding kit included.
