A full refund will be granted if requested by 4:00 p.m. three work days prior to the first day of class. GCSC reserves the right to cancel courses and/or the program due to insufficient enrollment. All participants must register and pay course fees prior to the first day of class.

For Fall 2017, we invite you to take a look at our Panama City Campus course offerings. Join other Gulf/Franklin attendees that are already signed up for the Panama City Campus Education Encore which begins Friday, September 22nd.
In the coming months, Corporate College will be back to the Gulf/Franklin Campus with exciting new programs.

The Wellness Center
The Wellness Center includes a pool, a hydro-therapy pool and a fully-equipped weight and fitness room. Please check availability for the facilities. Use of the facilities is for students enrolled in classes during the current term of use. (Please note that you will need to present your student I.D.)
Browse through the large selection of supplies, textbooks and campus must-haves. The bookstore also offers official Gulf Coast State College apparel and Commodores merchandise.
The College library provides research materials including more than 80,000 books, 900 journal subscriptions, and Internet access.
Enjoy watching the Commodores take on the competition in baseball, basketball, softball, and volleyball. No matter what your favorite sport, the games are sure to be tons of fun.
Amelia G. Tapper Center For The Arts
See some of Gulf Coast State College's most talented students performing on the Amelia Center Main Stage. The Visual & Performing Arts Division sponsors several theatre and concert events each semester. As an Encore participant, you may attend many of these events free of charge or at a discounted rate.
The Encore Advisory Council - Special Events Committee organizes fun-filled day trips to historical, cultural, environmental or entertainment sites in the area. Any planned field trip destinations and registration will be posted at orientation.
Who can participate?
Education Encore is for adults. You are not required to have Florida residency.
When is it offered?
Education Encore is offered during the fall and spring semesters. Classes in each semester meet once a week for six consecutive Fridays at the Panama City campus and eight Wednesdays at the Gulf Franklin campus. The day of the week depends on which campus you choose to attend.
How do I register online?
Panama City campus students can register online. Follow instructions on pages 21-22 of the Education Encore Fall brochure.
What is the cost?
The fee for participants at the Panama City Campus is $92 for the six-week program, which includes four classes each Friday.
The fee at the Gulf/Franklin Campus is $88 for the eight-week program to include three classes each Wednesday.
The fee is the same whether you attend one class or more. We do not charge on a per-class
basis to ensure the viability of the total program.
Where are the classes held?
Each course description includes the abbreviated classroom location. If needed, participants will receive class location changes in the packets distributed at orientation. To see a map of the Panama City Campus see page 6 and for the Gulf/Franklin Campus see page 16.
Where will I get a class schedule and other information about upcoming Education Encore?
A packet including all current information about Education Encore will be placed in each chair in the conference center the morning of orientation. Anyone missing orientation can pick up a packet in the Coffee Area, 2nd floor, Student Union East (SUE) Conference Center.
