Nutrition 101  
Get a taste for nutrition! In this workshop, participants will learn basic nutrition concepts and how to apply them. It will focus on the importance of selecting the right foods for living a long and healthy life.

Lifetime Wellness    
Stop surviving and start thriving! This course explore the unlimited potential that health, wellness and vitality can yield when united in a Lifetime Wellness strategy. Transform your life by understanding your core design, purpose and function of your body as a unit. Class will include lessons on essential oils for healthy living, meditation, nutrition, stretching, and muscle strengthening.
Students should bring a soft golf ball, a tennis ball, an eight foot stretch strap, a nonslip exercise mat, one wooden rolling pin (baking pin), and a large pool noodle. There is a $5.00 supply fee. No classes over GCSC Spring Break, March 18-24.
