We are your resource for educational, informative and community service conferences, events and workshops!

Gulf Coast State College offers a wide variety of meeting venues in exceptional settings complemented by state-of-the-art technology. From board rooms to banquet halls, meeting spaces to classroom set-ups, we can provide the customized space to meet the needs of any organization, including yours!

Ask us about catering services, too. Choose from a wide variety of menu options from continental breakfast to a full buffet.

All room rentals include:

  • Smart Classroom Technology
  • Computer(s) and Wireless Internet
  • LCD Projector and Projection screen
  • DVD
  • Parking
  • Technical Assistance, if needed

NOTE: The College requires proof of liability insurance naming Gulf Coast State College as additionally insured for all rentals.  If desired, GCSC can purchase this insurance on your behalf through the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium. Cost will be based upon the type of event.

    Time block A is 0700 – 1200
    Time block B is 1200 – 1700
    Time block C is 1700 – 2200

    Classrooms and Private Dining Room:
    (Classrooms seat 35-40 and can be configured in a variety of ways, Private Dining Room seats 50 at round tables of 5)
    Educational partners*: $20.00/time block, $10.00/each additional time block (negotiable in specific situations)
    Non-profit: $35/time block, $25/each additional time block
    For-profit: $45/time block, $35/each additional time block

    Computer Labs:
    (24 student stations + one instructor station)
    With GCSC software:
    Educational partner: $100/day
    Non-profit: $125/day
    For-profit: $150/day

    External software load and unload:
    $50/day and proof of valid software license that allows GCSC to load on GCSC computers. Loading and unloading of complex network based software may require additional service fees.

    Conference Center:
    (seats 250 tables and chairs, 400 chairs only)
    Educational partners: $200/time block, $50.00 each additional time block
    Non-profit:   $300/time block/Monday – Friday, $100/additional time block, $350/time block/Friday night through the Weekend and on holidays when the college is closed, $100/additional time block
    For-profit: $400/time block/Monday-Friday, $150/additional time block, $450/time block/ Friday night through the weekend and on holidays when the college is closed, $150/additional time block

    Gibson Lecture Hall:
    (seats 90 amphitheater style)
    Educational partners: $75/time block, $30.00 each additional time block
    Non-Profit: $100/time block/Monday – Friday, $50/additional time block, $175/time block/Friday night through the Weekend and on holidays when the college is closed, $50/additional time block
    For-Profit: $125/time block/Monday-Friday, $75/additional time block, $225/time block/ Friday night through the weekend and on holidays when the college is closed, $75/additional time block

    Sarzin Lecture Hall:
    (seats 177 amphitheater style)
    Educational partners: $75.00/time block, $40.00/each additional time block
    Non-Profit: $125/time block/Monday – Friday, $75/each additional time block, $225/time block/Friday night through the Weekend and on holidays when the college is closed, $75/each additional time block
    For-Profit: $175/time block/Monday – Friday, $100/each additional time block, $275/time block/ Friday night through the weekend and on holidays when the college is closed, $100/each additional time block


    All classrooms are considered “smart” with computer, projector, screen, and DVD player.

    The Private Dining Room has all of the above equipment with the exception of a computer. However, a laptop connection is provided.

    *Educational partners are Bay, Gulf and Franklin County School Districts.
