The Accounting Applications Certificate program is designed to prepare students for immediate employment in the field of accounting.  Best of all, this certificate feeds directly into theAccounting Technology AS degree program.

Students are also placing themselves a step ahead of other job applicants by earning  a college credit certificate while also earning credits towards a two-year college degree in Accounting Applications!   Students who graduate from this program would typically work as bookkeepers or accounting technicians.

Getting your Accounting Applications Certificate and working towards an associates degree in accounting is an important way to fast-track your career. According to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, job growth between 2014 and 2022 for bookkeeping, accounting, and auditing clerk jobs is expected to be 11%.
